Mathematics in Higher Education Project Assistant
This project looks to analyse the similarities and differences on a global level of the mathematics education in higher education, and how the various pedagogical approaches to mathematics impacts the student mindset when learning new concepts in maths. The intern will be a project assistant to aid with the administrative and market research tasks involved.
You should be a Final Year UG or PGR student in Mathematics/STEM. You will be working with the project supervisors to support this initiative including but not limited to: administration, recording meeting-minutes, organising meetings, communication and social media. You will also integrate quality content onto appropriate online/offline platforms, ensuring that it is user friendly, and you will support the quality assurance of these materials based on feedback.
This role is part of the Student Campus Partnership (SCP) scheme and is for 120 hours from May to July 2024. This role offers hybrid working where you can work remotely and On-campus (Streatham).

Estimated pay: £13.45 per hour (£12.00 basic hourly rate + £1.45 holiday)
Working Hours: 10 hours (UG) per week OR 6 hours (PG) per week
